BLUE-MAX®

  • BLUE-MAX® Boiler Gaskets

Tests by major boiler manufacturers confirm that Blue-Max® gaskets seal- with zero leakage-on steam to 450 psi and on cold-water hydro tests up to 1500 psi and Blue-Max® withstands working temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Rubber gaskets simply can't withstand that kind of pressure and heat.

    • Working Temperatures
      up to 500°F

BLACK-MAX®

  • BLACK-MAX® Boiler Gaskets

Say Goodbye to Spiral-Wound Gaskets. Compared to spiral wound gaskets, Black-Max seals better and has much better recovery properties. It also weighs less than half of that of spiral gaskets, so they’re easier to handle and you’ll save on freight charges. And while spiral gaskets require near-perfect conditions, Black-Max gaskets seal on rough, pitted surfaces under less compressive load.

Joint Sealant

  • Expanded Teflon® Joint Sealant

Expanded PTFE Joint Sealant is a soft, compressible gasket material made of 100% pure, expanded PTFE. It is a form-in-place gasket that conforms to almost any sealing surface. Upon compression, it forms a thin, hard ribbon that fills in surface irregularities and creates an extremely tight seal. It is capable of withstanding a wider range of pressures, temperatures and chemical environments than any other soft gasket. Convenient adhesive strip and peel-off backing allow easy installation on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.
